…and much more!
Our goal at this workshop is to equip you with the knowledge you’ll need to manage your online presence in less than 30 minutes each day – without breaking the bank.
For our next OKC Social meeting we will be brainstorming social media contest ideas for the Confluence Conference coming up in September. Bring your contests ideas or join us to learn how to execute social media contest. A few of our board members will present the ideas from the group to the Confluence Conference Committee in mid-August.

We've invited some individuals knowledgeable in the field to join our roundtable as well! As usual, free beer & wine provided with membership or $10 at the door.

Join us for an interesting, insightful and fun round table discussion about the world of social media bullying, shaming and stoning. We'll be tackling this from the standpoint of a business or brand, but it's a round table ... so everything is up for discussion.
Here are a few articles that we will be discussing during our meeting.
The Freezin' Season Jingle Mingle is an annual holiday event for the Oklahoma City MarCom community to get together for food, fun and networking while raising money for a great cause...The DREAM Fund (Dedicating Resources to Employees of Advertising and Media). 100% of the proceeds will go to this fantastic charity that has helped several of our colleagues right here in Oklahoma.
This event features heavy hors d'oeuvres from Rococo served courtesy of the Golding Group, a cash bar and many wonderful surprises in addition to raffle items and a live auction to raise money and awareness for the DREAM Fund.
Another aspect of the Jingle Mingle is the Toys For Tots Toy Drive. For each unwrapped toy you bring to the event, the SwagExperts at ROBYN will give you two extra raffle tickets (maximum 5 toys). That's a $10 value for each toy! The toys will be collected at the door by the Marines to be delivered to kids in the area who might not get a gift this holiday season without your generosity. You can bring your donations to McNeese Stills and Motion, 300 NW 62nd Street in Oklahoma City, Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5.
The Jingle Mingle is a cooperative effort presented by the AAF Oklahoma City Ad Club, AMAOKC, Iabc Central Oklahoma, Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Oklahoma City Chapter, Society of Professional Journalists - OKC, Association for Women in Communications - OKC, and Oklahoma City Social.
